I have a Gateway SX2800-03, I upgraded to Win7 Ultimate 64-bit and now I get no Audio through the HDMI port. My TV is a Sony Bravia KDL-40V2500. I have downloaded and installed all the latest drivers from Intel and Realtek and set the audio default to HDMI and while everything says I'm getting sound I get nothing.
I had a section of unalocated space on my hard drive so I did a clean install of Win7 Ultimate 64-bit and for a brief moment I did get sound and there was a new audio option called Sony Audio output or something to that effect, but it has disappeared and I am back to square one.
