Hi, we have several Dell Latitude E4200/4300 laptops that run Windows 7 and have the Intel 82567LM NIC installed. We have a major issue with them when attached to our domain, Windows 2003 Active Directory, in that they loose network connectivity in certain circumstances. When they are not members of the domain this does not happen.

We recieve no error messages, the cards just stop working. I'm not sure if this is the NIC driver failing or a windows component, any and all assistance is most appreciated.
